I currently offer online therapy sessions exclusively for clients located in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. Virtual therapy allows clients to access support from the comfort of their own space while receiving the same high-quality care as in-person sessions.
To participate in online sessions, you will need:
A private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking freely.
A stable internet connection to ensure smooth video and audio communication.
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
A secure video platform (SimplePractice), which I will provide access to before each session.

Standard therapy sessions are 45 minutes. However, I also offer EMDR intensive sessions for those looking for a more focused and extended approach to processing trauma.
If you're interested in learning more about EMDR intensives and how they might benefit you, I’d be happy to discuss options with you.

I do not accept insurance directly; however, I do provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health coverage, so I recommend checking with your provider in advance to understand your benefits.

I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need.
If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend the session, the full session fee will be charged.
